Refund policy

Under the proper circumstances, a return will be processed if you are not happy with your purchase.  Please follow these directions to comply with our policy. We reserve the right to determine that a refund may not be appropriate.

Instructions around Initiating a Return

  1. Before a return can be processed, you must notify a Customer Care Representative at zelatonin@scitentia.com in order to qualify for a refund and to receive further instructions. A detailed explanation of your experience is required.
  2. We ask that you try Zelatonin consistently for at least three weeks before determining that it does not work for you. Some people notice results right away. For others, it can take two to three weeks to stimulate natural melatonin production again and may, therefore, take a little longer than expected.
  3. If for some reason you find you are not able to tolerate Zelatonin, do not continue to take this product. Inform us what you experienced and we will consider how to proceed.
  4. Returns to Scitentia that provide a proof of purchase and the completed jar will receive a refund under proper circumstances. We do not refund original shipping costs and we do not normally provide a shipping label for returns.
  5. Please allow fourteen (14) business days from the date you ship the package back to Scitentia for us to receive the package, evaluate and complete the returns process. The product must be in its original packaging. You will receive an email confirming the product has been returned successfully and if approved, your refund will be processed through the payment provider you used for your order.
  6. Please note that we reserve the right to determine that a refund is not possible.
  7. Returns requested after 30 days will not be considered.
